Q1 - I have checked the site in IE 7, Firefox 3, and Google Chrome, and of these, IE 7 insists that the actual content be pushed down roughly 8 pixels, any suggestions?
A1 - I discovered an attribute for the body tag by accident today, "topmargin" which has fixed this problem.
